I-64 Westbound

Take Richmond/Knoxville exit 81 and merge left onto 1-75 South.

Follow I-75 South 1.5 miles to the Winchester Road exit 110 and turn right at the end of the ramp.

Follow Winchester Road 3.3 miles.

Turn left onto Midland Avenue and go .5 miles.

Turn left onto East Main Street and go .4 miles.

Turn right onto Old Lafayette Avenue.

Our office is on the corner of Main and Old Lafayette. Parking is available in our lot on Old Lafayette.
