Owensboro Community and Technical College wanted to update their existing campus master plan. This project was the third major review of the master plan, originally created 18 years ago, and the first to include two satellite campuses acquired by the college when the community and technical college system merged in 2003.

With three unique campus settings, the college wanted to unify the look and feel of all of the campuses to create a single image that reflected their original goal of providing a beautiful, well-maintained and contemporary setting that both facilitates and encourages learning.

The revision was in response to needs identified both by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) as well as other needs identified by the college itself. The plan lays out short, medium and long-term goals and development for all three campuses to create a unified and cohesive college.
